- They love full sun and apparently thrive in poor quality sandy soil. Which pretty much sums up our unammended soil. We do have a good bit of clay as well.

I still haven’t bought slips… Sigh. I will get to it I hope! I really want to do a test run in a container this year before I plant in-ground, as I have read these guys are really hard to remove once they are established.
